5. Professional Liability Insurance
This is not applicable for a standard retail / e-commerce operation. However, this is applicable for 1:1 consultation services. To safeguard the interests of our clients and ensure accountability for the specialized 1:1 consultation services we provide, Triada Designs S.R.L. maintains a valid Professional Liability Insurance (E&O Insurance) policy.
This insurance specifically covers financial damages that may arise from errors, negligence, or omissions in the performance of our advisory services, including but not limited to:
- Personal Styling Consultations: Advice regarding fashion choices, outfit coordination, and product pairing.
- Jewellery Product Advice: Recommendations on stone quality, metal type, authenticity verification, and purchasing decisions.
- Wardrobe Audits and Curation: Professional guidance on organizing, retaining, or disposing of fashion items.
In the event of a claim related to our covered professional services, the policy provides coverage up to the insured sum, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the official policy documents held by Triada Designs SRL.
6. Dispute Resolution (Online Dispute Resolution)
a. EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
b. Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) pursuant to VSBG
We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
7. Transparency on Third Party Services and Business Activites
Due to the complex nature of our business, which includes e-commerce, digital services and marketing third party accommodations, we provide the following clarification on ownership and contracting parties:
a. E-commerce and Subscription Products
All contracts for the purchase of jewellery, fashion products and membership/subscription services are concluded directly with Triada Designs S.R.L. The full terms governing these purchases are detailed in our Terms of Sale and Subscription Terms.
– Drop shipping Disclosure: Please note that certain products may be shipped directly from our suppliers. In such cases, the full legal and contractual responsibility for the product, shipping logistics and returns remain with Triada Designs S.L.R, as specified in our Drop shipping disclosure.
b. 1:1 Consultation Services (Online Soul Sessions)
Contracts for 1:1 consultation services (Soul Sessions) are concluded with Triada Designs S.R.L. the execution of these sessions may involve the use of third party platforms, such as Calendly for booking and Zoom for virtual meetings, whose own terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services.
c. Holiday Home Advertising (Third Party Bookings)
The holiday homes displayed on this website are advertised purely for informational purposes. Triada Designs S.R.L. is not the contracting party for the rental of these homes.
– Contracting Party: The contract for the rental holiday homes is exclusively between you (the guest) and the respective third party platform (Airbnb, Booking.com) or the property owner/manager listed on those platforms.
– Applicable Terms: All terms, payments, cancellations and liability regarding the holiday home booking are governed by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Liability rules of Airbnb or Booking.com. We assume no liability for the booking or the stay itself.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The content, works, images (including product photography of jewellery and fashion items), and data published on this website are governed by copyright law and trademark law. Any duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of utilization beyond the scope of copyright law shall require the prior written consent of Triada Designs SRL or the respective owner of the rights. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
The product names, trade names, logos, and service names used on this website are the property of Triada Designs SRL and are protected by law. The use of any such property without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
