Our Commitment to Accessibility

Triada Designs SRL is deeply committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, regardless of ability. We believe in soulful expression and meaningful design, and this philosophy extends to making our online presence inclusive. We are striving to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards and Guidelines

To ensure the best possible experience for our US and international customers, Triada Design SRL targets compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities and are the global standard for digital accessibility.

Scope of Accessibility

This commitment applies to the primary Triada Designs SRL website, including:

a.     The e-commerce storefront (jewelry and fashion products on Shopify)
b.     The content sections (including blogs and informational pages on WordPress)
c.     The online booking process for our 1:1 consultation services (“soul sessions”)
d.     Future sections related to our subscription / membership based offerings

Conformance Status

Triada Designs SRL is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively engaged in remediation efforts to achieve full compliance.

Accessibility Efforts and Measures Taken

We incorporate the following features and processes to maintain and improve accessibility across our platforms:

a. Design and Development: Accessibility considerations are integrated into the initial design phase for all new features and content. We aim for clear, legible fonts, high contrast colour palettes and predictable page navigations.

b. Platform optimization:

WordPress: We use an accessibility friendly theme and employ plugins to help audit and correct common accessibility issues (e.g., proper heading structure, image alt text).
Shopify: We utilize built in Shopify accessibility features and are working with our theme developer to ensure the front end shopping experience is navigable via keyboard and screen reader.

c. Testing and Evaluation: We conduct regular internal and automated accessibility audits using tools like WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool and manual testing using keyboard navigation and screen reading software.

d. Employee Training: Our content creation and development teams are trained on WCAG principles to ensure new materials and updates are published with accessibility in mind.

Technical Limitations and Third Party Platforms

Our commitment to accessibility extends only to the content we directly control. Due to the reliance on third party integrations crucial for our business operations, you may encounter temporary limitations in these external environments.

Drop shipping Logistics	Shipping Providers / Tracking	External tracking portals or third party logistics websites linked to product delivery status may vary in their accessibility conformance.

We are committed to engaging with our third party vendors to encourage and, where possible, verify their own accessibility compliance.
