Such display does not constitute an offer by Triada Designs SRL to contract for lodging services, nor does it establish any reservation or transactional relationship with the prospective guest within the operational framework of this website.

2. Exclusion of Direct Booking and Processing

Triada Designs SRL explicitly affirms that all processes related to the reservation, confirmation, payment processing, cancellation management and guest communication for these properties are performed exclusively through the proprietary systems of external, unaffiliated booking platforms, specifically including, but not limited to, Airbnb and Booking.com.

3. Governing Terms and Jurisdictional Authority

Upon redirection to an external booking platform:

Contractual Nexus: The definitive contract for the provision of accommodation services is established solely between the guest and the host/owner (Triada Designs SRL as the listing entity) within the technical and legal environment of the third party platform.
Applicable Regulations: The entirety of the transaction, including all terms and conditions, house rules, cancellation and refund policies and the resolution of guest host disputes, shall be governed exclusively by the official Terms of Service and operational guidelines mandated by the respective third party booking platform (e.g., Airbnb Terms of Service).

4. Data Processing and Privacy

Any submission of personal data, including financial and contact information, required to finalize a reservation is made directly to the third party booking platform. The processing, storage and security of this data are subject exclusively to the Privacy Policy of that external platform. Triada Designs SRL bears no responsibility or liability for the data collection practices, security breaches or regulatory compliance of these independent third party entities.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Triada Designs SRL herewith disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, claims, losses, injuries or disputes arising from or relating to:

a. The operational failure, accessibility or content of the third party booking platform

b. Any aspect of the reservation, payment, cancellation or stay conducted through the external platform

c. The condition, availability or suitability of the listed property

Guests are formally directed to address all inquiries, claims and disputes arising from or pertaining to the accommodation service exclusively through the support mechanisms provided by the respective third party booking platform.
