Service Terms
Online Consultation and Soul Sessions
These Service Terms govern the purchase and utilization of one-on-one consultation services, branded as “Soul Sessions” or “Coaching”, (hereinafter, the “Services”), provided by Triada Designs SRL. These terms are separate from the Terms of Sale governing physical and digital product purchases from our e-commerce store.
1. Booking and Confirmation Process
a. Scheduling Platform: All scheduling, booking and session management for the Services are conducted via the Calendly platform, which is integrated into the Triada Designs website. By proceeding with a booking, the Client acknowledges and accepts Calendly’s terms of use and data handling practices.
b. Session Confirmation: A Service booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full, upfront payment and the subsequent email notification from Calendly and/or Triada Designs. This confirmation will include the date, time, duration of the session and a Zoom meeting link for the virtual consultation.
c. Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address provided and for having the necessary technology (reliable internet connection, camera, microphone) to attend the session via Zoom.
2. Payment Terms and Currency
a. Fees: The fee for the Services is as listed at the time of booking on the Calendly interface. All payments must be made in the currency specified (e.g., EUR or USD) at the time of purchase.
b. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Triada Designs SRL does not store the Client’s financial details. The Client’s use of these payment processors is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling and “No-Show” Policy
a. Client Rescheduling (48 hours notice): A Client may reschedule a confirmed Service session up to forty eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time at no penalty. Rescheduling must be performed by the Client directly through the link provided in the original Calendly confirmation email.
b. Client Cancellation (24 hours notice): A Client may cancel a confirmed Service session and be eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable payment processing fees) if the cancellation is submitted more than twenty four (24) hours before the scheduled start time.
c. Late Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the Client cancels or attempts to reschedule with less than twenty four (24) hours notice, the Client shall forfeit the entire session fee (100% of the cost).
d. Client No Show: If the Client fails to attend the Zoom session within ten (10) minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notification, it will be deemed a “No Show”. The session will be concluded, and the Client shall forfeit the entire session fee without eligibility for refund or rescheduling.
e. Provider Cancellation: In the event Triada Designs SRL must cancel a session (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), the Client will be offered the option to either reschedule immediately at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund of the session fee paid.
4. Refund Policy for Services
a. Eligibility: Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are not available under any other circumstances, including but not limited to, the Client’s dissatisfaction with the advice or outcome of the consultation, or the completion of the Service.
b. Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days of approval, back to the original method of payment.
5. Professional Disclaimer and Client Responsibility
THIS SECTION CONTAINS CRITICAL LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
a. Nature of Services: The Soul Sessions and Coaching Services provided by Triada Designs SRL are intended solely for personal guidance, spiritual exploration, creative insight and self-expression. They are, and are not intended to be:
- Medical, Psychiatric or Psychological Advice: These Services are not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment or therapy provided by a licensed healthcare professional, physician or mental health specialist.
- Financial, Legal or Business Advice: The Services do not constitute legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
b. Professional Advice Disclosure: If the Client is experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, or requires professional advice in any regulated field (e.g., medicine, law, finance), the Client must seek assistance from a duly qualified and licensed professional in that field.
c. Personal Responsibility: The Client acknowledges that they are fully and solely responsible for all decisions, actions, outcomes and life changes resulting from or influenced by the Services. Triada Designs SRL and its representatives provide guidance but make no guarantees regarding specific results, future outcomes or satisfaction.
d. Limitation of Liability: The Client agrees that Triada Designs SRL’s liability to the Client for any claim related to the Services shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Triada Designs SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client during the Services will be treated as confidential. This confidentiality is subject to the following exceptions: (a) information that Triada Designs SRL is legally required to disclose (e.g., subpoena) and; (b) information that indicates potential harm to the Client or others.
7. Jurisdiction
These Services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Triada Designs SRL is legally registered (Romania/EU), notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles.
